Cupcakes and Cashmere Love

Before starting Daily Cup of Fashion, I was an avid blog reader. One of the most influential and captivating blogs I have come across is Cupcakes and Cashmere. I love the way Emily uses color in her beautiful pictures and the amazing recipies she posts. Although we rarely accessorize (maybe just one chunky ring and that's it), today was a perfect day to try something new. During a long day of shopping, we decided to choose one item we thought looked interesting, but would never wear ourselves. We highly recommend playing this little game on your next trip. It might yield astonishing results. For example, this woven heart print shirt surprised us because of how much we loved it. Either one of us has to buy a duplicate or we will be forced to share it.

My Kind Of Outfit Post

So far I've yet to do an outfit post and I thought that this would be a great way to introduce my first (but real ones will come eventually). Especially because I've been living in pajamas since my graduation about a week ago. Since I have my degree in Fashion Design, I figured I would draw the garments I have always wanted but could never find; like this tiered petal skirt. Maybe I will have to sew this for myself now.
