I'll be the first to admit that shorts are not a part of my daily wardrobe. Give me a dress or skirt any day. But after seeing Lauren Conrad in a pair, I immediately bypassed her hair (usually the first thing I check when seeing a picture of her) and focused on her California-cool style of shorts and sandals.
