Friendly Traditions

I know of many friends that have certain traditions with each other. Some have lunch every Friday at the same restaurant and always order the same thing, others skype good morning to each other everyday. Our ritual is to draw random pictures for one another. It started one day in class when we went to the same high school and continued well through college, even though we went to different schools. To anyone on the outside looking in, our pictures would look like crazy collages full of song lyrics and pictures of cupcakes and stick figures. But to us, they are memories of great summer days. What are your best friend traditions?

  7. I love this - and its a tangible record of those great days that you'll be able to look back on years from now. Make sure to save these pictures. They might seem silly now, but I bet one day they'll be really treasured memories.

  9. That's so adorable! I remember the good days of hand-writing notes with my friends. We used to draw each other cartoons about the weirdest things, like a trip to Ithaca, NY where a raccoon would end up sleeping in somebody's sleeping bag... I still have all my notes and cartoons from middle school and on.

I'm your newest follower, by the way. Would you mind checking out and possibly following my blog please?
